Nature of the product
TimeBridge helps users understand timezone context, availability context, and cleaner scheduling options. It is not a guarantee of successful booking, invite delivery, or provider uptime.

TimeBridge is an assistive scheduling product. The user stays responsible for the final decision.
These terms describe the current posture of the Akiwaki TimeBridge product line, including TimeBridge Assist and TimeBridge Insight as they exist in beta and preview phases.
User responsibility
Users remain responsible for reviewing suggestions before sending them, confirming meeting details, and choosing whether to connect a calendar where that option exists.
Current beta boundaries
- Assist is a suggestion-and-preparation layer
- Assist does not automatically send messages
- Insight is intended as a read-only decision layer
- Insight is not intended to read full event details for its core availability use case
Provider dependency
Some features depend on third-party providers such as Google Calendar, Outlook, Zoom, or scheduling links. Those providers may change behavior, access rules, or availability over time.
Service evolution
TimeBridge may change as the product evolves from Assist toward Insight and later, potentially, toward automation. Beta and preview phases are expected to change.
Ownership
TimeBridge, Akiwaki branding, site content, product copy, visual assets, and product materials remain the property of Akiwaki unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Acceptable use
Users may not use the product in ways that violate provider terms, workplace policy, privacy law, or other applicable rules in their environment.
